Add your halls, your weekly classes, what they cost to run and your prices. That part takes about ten minutes. Moving an existing student list is a separate job and takes longer.
Students add themselves by scanning your QR code at the door. Already have a list, or passes that are part used? Email us and tell us how you keep them now. We'll help you move the list. Pass balances can be set to match the cards in people's hands.
ClassMetrix doesn't process payments, so there's nothing to connect. Take cash and card the way you do now. The door records which it was.
ClassMetrix is built for people who just turn up. It leaves some things out on purpose.

There are three plans, set by how many classes you run a week. Starter, up to 4 classes: AU$29 or US$19 a month. Studio, up to 15 classes: AU$69 or US$49. Company, no limit: AU$129 or US$89. Yes. The owner can download the student list and every check-in as a spreadsheet file from the app, at any time.
No. They scan a QR code once to sign up. Your staff use ClassMetrix in the phone's web browser, with no app to install.
Yes. Email hello@classmetrix.app, tell us how you keep your list now, and we'll help you move it over. Pass balances can be set to match the physical cards. Students can also add themselves by scanning your QR code.

Each studio's data is kept separate and is only visible to that studio's staff. Volunteers on the door can't see money totals, pay rates or signed forms. The privacy page says what is held and where.
